Former Employee – worked at Lowe's part-time for more than a year

Pros – Great place to work. Management cares about you and you feel like you are a well respected member of the team. My time here was great but it was only temporary for me as I had bigger careers goals. I would recommend Lowe's to anyone interested in the home improvement industry.

Cons – Don't have much of anything negative to say of this company.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue the great work.
