    - pay is decent
    - good reviews lead to pay raise
    - company values are strong and good

    Cons

    - hard to move up
    - no senority factor
    - hard to get recognized for hard work

    - Promote from within.
    - Give opportunity to move up to deserving associates.
    - Be fair to all assoiates (favourtism is a huge problem, unless you're the favoured.)
    - Policies and Rules should be put in place for all (not some, occasionally)

    Steady employment, high expectations for customer service.

    Cons

    Shift work, steel toed boots on concrete floors. Little recognition or appreciation, no training or support.

    Do some research, management techniques have been improved as well as hiring. Employee retention strategies should be adopted also.
