Pros

Was a fun work environment and promotions were defiantly given fairly. Customer Service was always a top priority which was also nice

Cons

Relationships develop within some employee's and when one gets let go they tend to aim for the other individual even if there work ethic is very good. Not a fair situation at all

Advice to Management

Don't put people in a negative feeling trying to get them out the door just because there partner got let go it's not fair to the individual that had no negatives but yet you go after them anyways

    Pros

Great teams, some forward thinking executives, leader in online digital, relationships with vendors and industry leaders.

    Cons

Unchecked Senior Executives, nepotism, salary, corporate culture that causes a divide between departments rather than cross functional teams working for the same common goals. Addicted to meetings!

    Advice to Management

While giving Executives the ability to make decisions and be leaders they need to be checked on occasion. A questionable decision to bring in an inexperienced VP ended up descimating one of the most profitable and close knit departments at the company.
