    Pros

    Most of the customers are nice, fun people to help.

    Cons

    Too much corporate mumbo jumbo with all the silly "Blueprints for success" and other nonsense that does not actually help customers. The culture is to sell sell sell - it doesn't matter what you sell, as long as you are selling. Lazy is rewarded. Management is generally incompetent and only worried about pleasing the person directly above them. It's sad, to be honest.

    Advice to Management

    Stop acting like this is the U.S. Army. Throwing warm bodies at a problem does not solve it. We don't have the budget or resources for this. Get back to basics: Excellent customer service, know your product, work hard, do good work. If we do this, we will be the best. As we are, we suck.
