    Pros

Works very well with school schedule, friendly staff, easy to move up if you take the initiative.

    Cons

Pay rate is going to down with more responsibility, management needs to be reviewed, store operation hours are ridiculous through the summer, cut of bonuses equals little motivation to perform extra tasks that are expected.

    Advice to Management

Store associates need to be held accountable for job description tasks.

  2. Nice Place - Friendly People

    Pros

Nice place to work. Friendly staff. Great benefits for full-time retail sales associates.

    Cons

as a kitchen designer, I'm expected to cover for other departments (appliances, plumbing, etc.). Shifts are varied and designers are expected to work shifts that range from 8 - 5 to 1 - 10. I've worked as many as eight days in a row, seven days in a row, etc. This makes for poor work/life balance and near impossible to plan in advance doctors and dentists appointments.
