    I have been working at Lowe's part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Friendly co-workers who were very helpful. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a great chance to move up the ranks if you are dedicated enough.

    Cons

    There are sometimes disagreements between management and some of the older workers based on what the store should do, but in the end the problem is always resolved.
