Good HR, Better pay then similar jobs in the area, Job can be fun, Stock options, Great job security, Good incentives for meeting sales and customer service goals

Cons

You have to ask for days off 30 days in advance
Management never helps other employees and lack any college education
No one seems to appreciate the work that you do
Terrible hours, some times you have to be there at 5am and the next day you aren't done until 11pm

Advice to Senior Management

Management need to help out employees and at least act like they care
