    I worked at Lowe's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good hours during the summer. You will work close to forty hours a week after a couple of weeks. While the work is not difficult you can have as much or as little of it as you like. Easy to slack off but you work hard people will notice. Good mobility if you work hard, the competition can be a little on the lazy side you if you work hard someone will find a reason to promote you

    Cons

You can work nights one day and work the mornings in the next. It is a customer service job so you end up having to deal with customers who have not respect for you.

    Advice to Management

Don't look down at your workers. Try to at least pretend you care about the customers.
