Current Employee - Sales Specialist Flooring in Cincinnati, OH

I have been working at Lowe's full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Low pressure from management staff to achieve number, fairly good benefits, payed time off.

    Cons

Odd shifts hard to plan a life around. Even if you could coordinate schedules your were not allowed per "corporate policy" to do so. Treated as new hires rather than experienced sales staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put more trust in specialist and department managers, to run their department. Rather than run try to control areas outside of your expertise.
