Pros

Financially solid, very recognized corporate brand

Cons

Don't like people who rock the boat, very political environment, resistant to change, make a lot of excuses for why competition performs better. Company is very comfortable being second best.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set the bar higher, do away with the politics, reward (don't punish) people who try to make the company better. A lot of managers move up by telling people the above them the politically correct answer.

    Company lost vision of what they are, what their customers need. Store Manager's with poor people skills left in position.

    You're a home improvement company, remember? Be that for your customers. Get your inventory management procedures up to date for the industry.
