I have been working at Lowe's part-time (more than a year)

Pros

Easy work, flexible hours, and ever changing environment.

Cons

Management can't lead, some policies/procedures are archaic, and bad pay.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees. When they say that something is going to be a bad idea in their department find out why because the employees working each department know what the customers want in that department.
