I have been working at Lowe's full-time for more than a year

Pros

The pay is great, especially for the work and skills required. With minimal experience you can work at Lowe's right out of school just for a starter job and make decent money and have to do little work when compared to construction work.

Cons

Sometimes it is very boring, the stupidity of some Co workers

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't hire so many stupid people

I have been working at Lowe's full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Professional associates, management support, growth opportunities

    Cons

Schedule and the lack of a windows based management system at register and specialists level

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

consider using CPM (Critical Path Method) for scheduling store associate work schedules. Pursue commercial contractor accounts at the store level.
