I have been working at Lowe's

    Pros

Lowe's offers good advancement opportunities in the company, they often hire from within and you can achieve a good bonus throughout the year

    Cons

Bonus is often hard to achieve. It's a very demanding job, high turn over, can be very stressful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Can move up to upper management from within or outside the company. Must have experience, be highly motivated and take pressure well.
