I have been working at Lowe's part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I worked at another big box retailer for 10 years. Overall, I would have to say that the reality is retail is hard. My experience at Lowe's has been OK. I am paid pretty well, part time..which is what I want.

    Cons

Retail is challenging. Cons are the lack of support from some management at times. The unrealistic expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be real, and work instead of passing off work.
