I have been working at Lowe's full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

This company will bend over backwards for it's employees, huge growth potential, senior executives keep lower level employees in-the-loop about upcoming changes and opportunities. There is a great sense of involvement, and management does a great job of keeping employees engaged through constant training, recognition, and continuous opportunities for self-growth, networking, and career-building.

    Cons

Work-life-balance suffers a bit, not as flexible for scheduling. There really is not much that the company will not do, but, of course, when companies are so generous, there are many that will take advantage of the patience and understanding conveyed by management and HR.
