    The existing team is experienced, strong, caring, and diverse.

    Cons

    Nurses' concerns are not welcomed or addressed by management.
    Understaffed on almost every shift.
    Patient care is compromised in an effort to increase admission numbers despite current census and staffing.

    Initiate staff meetings for nurses to communicate current issues.
    Hire more nurses.
    Your nurses feel that they have no advocate at LGH Saints Campus.
