    Pros

Great sales training and training program overall. A bit unorganized, but good.

    Cons

They don't care about or consider your effort or the time you put into learning the trade. Charlie W. only cares about what other tenured employees say about you. The tenured employees only care about how many phone calls you can make for some stupid dialing contest while the boss is away. God forbid that you worry about profiling someone correctly and entering good notes. Working 12 hour days doesn't matter either, but it's OK for the tenured employee to work a 6 hour day and tend to "errands" while the boss is away. Logging in and working from home for 3 hours everyday AFTER a 12 hour day is also apparently frowned upon. That kind if determination will only get you fired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Having employees that know what they're doing is great. Having employees that can teach others what to do is better. Hopefully you'll have that one day...
