Pros

Small company with busy schedule. Plenty of opportunity. If you are talented and interested in developing software this is the right place to work.

Cons

Customers are not reasonable, hard to manage their expectations. At times you can feel overwhelmed trying to support and develop.

    Work-Life Balance is very good. Benefits are standard

    Pay is below average, Office Culture is Toxic, Management is content with the way things are, and are not looking to expand the business, Very Poor Communication
