Server (Current Employee) Bellevue, WA

ProsFun atmosphere, coworkers are awesome, great venue, potential to make lots of money, upscale clientele, not overly corporate/ strict regarding uniform and/or self expression via tattoos, piercings, hair color

ConsCoworkers are not able to voice feedback without backlash, severe favoritism, lots of wasted time. One can spend a ten hour shift literally walking around in circles and taking home absolutely no money in tips. Difficult to pick up shifts in order to make extra money. No room to grow.

Advice to Senior ManagementLet your employees have a voice. Act as if your employees matter. Give feedback...good or bad.
