I have been working at Lucky Strike Lanes part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Fun atmosphere, coworkers are awesome, great venue, potential to make lots of money, upscale clientele, not overly corporate/ strict regarding uniform and/or self expression via tattoos, piercings, hair color

Cons

Coworkers are not able to voice feedback without backlash, severe favoritism, lots of wasted time. One can spend a ten hour shift literally walking around in circles and taking home absolutely no money in tips. Difficult to pick up shifts in order to make extra money. No room to grow.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let your employees have a voice. Act as if your employees matter. Give feedback...good or bad.

I worked at Lucky Strike Lanes

    Pros

Fun atmosphere, great job, enjoyable employees, decent compensation. I enjoyed learning a lot about restaurant sales and how to be an organized sales manager.

    Cons

No room for growth, senior management not helpful or in touch with day to day operations, not able to take vacation easily. Towards the end, it was understood that there was no where to move or grow with the company, with the exception of a lateral move.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

While I made some great relationships and learned a lot within my position, ultimately, I left as there was no where to go in the company. Also, senior management became too "micro managed"
