I have been working at Lumber Liquidators full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good place to work while single. Good pay but long hours bc of skeleton crews.

Cons

Long hours and every weekend. If you don't mind messing witj LOADs of different goals this is a great job.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try the field work before harping on things that simply cant be accomplished.

    Pros

    The pay was pretty good.

    Cons

    Long hours. Long weeks. Very few employees. No real help. Manager was rude. Said things that we uncalled for. Was unprofessional.

    Better training. More staffing. Better hours.

    Pros

    Good pay with great incentives, good medical benefits, many nice people to work with great customer base, some room for advancement if you are willing to relocate. Challenging work!

    Cons

    Poor customer care, poor management both corporate, regional and store, poor business ethics, poor manufacturing practices, poor availability of sale product, poor communication of availabilities of exotic species, poor availability of trim and moldings, HR support, Over worked and under staffed stores, in proper training of SOP, customer complaint(s) are a constant to achieve discounts and or free items or to tarnish ones reputation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Improve quality control, It only leads to head aches for the staff and customers alike. Make the customer happy and confident with your product! Value your store level employees, they are the core of the company!
