Pros

Comparable salary that aligns with market
Smart and committed worker bees
Good place to learn hands on

Cons

Not a good place to work for sales or accounting professionals.
Highly disrespectful senior leadership team. Cussing and talking down or mocking lower level employees is common among Sales and Accounting leadership.
No leadership or professional training.
Pretty much everyone who is good at what they do seem to have a business on the side and were happy to tell you about it. This behavior questions employee loyalty.
They seem to bring in smart and experienced mid-level managers to take the company forward. After s few months, the current leadership culture prevails and the new managers are ignored. The senior leadership thinks that they know to do a job better than their employees. As a result, there is a constant state of intimidation to get more out of employees.
Those who wanted to make positive changes are out of job after one or two years. Those who want to perform what is told get to stick around and take the abuse.

Advice to Management

Focus on accountability at a C level
Focus on the long term goals of the company and messaging them to the employees.
Hire competent managers and let them do their job.
Focus on eliminating employee burnouts. They represent your brand.

    Pros

The people here are pleasant and a joy to work with. The building is beautiful and has complimentary soda, coffee, catered lunches every other Wednesday and flexible work schedules. The ability to work on new technologies in engineering is refreshing and allows for professional growth. The new CEO(John Ferron) is very open with as much information is legally possible without being just fluff. This is a huge improvement over the previous carryover CEO from NetMotion. The ability to move up is available for those actively seeking it. New benefits are much better with 401K match and better PTO policy.

    Cons

A clear vision is actively being constructed for long term growth. Near term future is more clear but that only accounts for the next year. Movement majority of business operation to NetMotion in Seattle has been a tough transition since July 2014 but adjustment is going more smooth lately. New PTO policy is nice but could always be better.

    Advice to Management

Treat your existing employees like gold. Be flexible with working hours and dont track time that people are in their seats v. working from home or away from the computer. Get a long term plan established and communicated out. Have more contact from C level executives to employees.

    Pros

Small consulting company offers a variety of interesting and rewarding projects which never becomes monotonous or boring. It always feels great to achieve something significant for clients and add value to clients' organization.

    Cons

Long hours and pressing deadlines can at times be the order of the day. Small organization and contract work does not offer the rich benefits provided to employees of large corporatuions

    Advice to Management

Add more staff members and grow the organization
