“It's been extremely fast, great quality sunglasses, fun environment!”
Current Employee – been working at Luxottica part-time for less than a year
Pros – The unbeatable half off discount for employees. It's so worth it because of that alone.
Cons – You do have to work by yourself a lot, but there is usually some overlap!
Advice to Senior Management – It would be nice to have a little more incentive to want to stay with the company. Maybe a better chance at a raise?
