    I have been working at Luxottica full-time

    Pros

    free glasses one time a year for full time employees

    Cons

    To much work for to few people, upper management changes almost twice weekly in some part of luxottica (constantly notifications of different department heads changing all the time). Few if any pay raises. HMO health plans disappearing changing to PPO, some departments outsourced.
