I worked at Lyft as a contractor for less than a year

Pros

Good money
flexible schedule
Pay day every wednesday

Cons

Its stupid how LYFT gives you a referral code then I work off my ass to give out all my referral code + thousands more, i also advertised it on facebook, etc. Then I was getting all my bonus and I get terminated due to REFERRAL FRAUD!

I worked at Lyft part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good base pay, flexibility and lots of opportunity to meet new people. If you are looking for a way to make extra cash use this. It's way better than Uber while there is a base.

    Cons

It's kind of crappy that you could be at risk for legal action. Be wary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus less on driver fun and more on coverage

I have been working at Lyft part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    App works great
    Pick your hours
Easy screening process to become driver

    Cons

Riders are cheap when it comes to tipping, most don't tip at all
Too easy for riders to give low rating even when it's not warranted
Not enough work to make any real money
Lyft hiring more drivers even though there's not enough work for current staffing level
    No camaraderie
Company seems to be posturing for a buyout
Personal Auto insurance cancellation if you drive for any TNC

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show some loyalty to the income earners. You treat the office wimps like royalty while treating the drivers like peons.
