    Other than the traffic in downtown Houston. There was no downside to this job.

    Amazing bonus structure for industry
    New Job everyday - changing priorities by the day
    New friends every month- revolving door of talent

    Cons

    Leadership acceptance of dishonesty and core values violations by senior leaders
    Cost cutting organization, no investment in innovation
    Poor IT leadership and leadership team who block and blame (throw under the bus attitude)
    Finance leadership does not work well together, flamethrowers and seagull managers

    Your culture is driven top down. Nothing changes until change comes from the top.
    Your company is a reflection of Lencioni's "The Five Disfunctions of Team".
    Wipe out your IT leadership team and start anew, you will then witness real change
