“MD Anderson is the best place in the world to perform cancer research but they are bureaucratically top heavy.”
Current Employee – been working at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center
Pros – Great place to do cancer research, any sample or study you want to do is available.
Cons – To many bureaucrats and middle management that can't be fired. Politics are rampant.
Advice to Senior Management – Fire 1/3 of the people who are not directly involved with patient care, research, or building maintenance. Paper pushers run the place.
