    Pros

Smart people, good systems and processes that can teach you a lot about time and project management.

    Cons

No such thing as a 9-6 day there. After-hours work can quickly become the norm. Pay was the same as a non-profit, at a for-profit.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Young culture of progressive, smart people trying to change the world. It's an awesome place to learn the ropes of the nonprofit/political campaign world. Many of your colleagues will go on to work on awesome things (Obama campaign, etc).

    Cons

Nonprofit level salaries and campaign work can easily burn people out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set realistic boundaries for client work to prevent burnout of employees.
