Current Employee – been working at M&T Bank full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Paid vacation.
Sick leave.
Health Insurance
401k plan.
Paid Holidays.
Off every other weekend.
Cons – Low compensation. No bonuses apart from regular compensation.
Advice to Senior Management – Better compensation is needed as motivation to preform.
