M&T Bank Employee Review

I have been working at M&T Bank full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Ok benefits is all nothing else

Cons – Very greedy unorganized company use employees like puppet force them to work in different depts no extra pay no set schedules so goodluck if you have kids low pay

Advice to Senior Management – Have consistent schedules from time to time stop giving the better schedule to a certain class of people. Raise pay more than 10 cents a year

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
