Pros

Pay is good if you can get in the door and handle all the b.s.

Cons

If you are not related give it up. They only hire relatives and friends at least in Gulfport, MS.

    Good Pay that is all..

    Cons

    New Boston, Tx Division Works on the good buddy system.. Also had sexual harassment suit filed against them. Bad working environment for women and minorities.

    Fire all management and get some better trained people from out of the area..

    They provide a decent pay

    Cons

    Lack of leadership and true focus on mission. Kiss up to the "Boss" " you stayed.. Do your job, you are gone.. Corporate leadership not connected to personnel in the filed/remote location. No channels to voice complaints or mistreatments. There is no check and balance within field/remote areas and corporate. This opinion does not reflects my feeling towards the company. It only reflects the facts that is and will drive this company toward disaster.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They need to get involve on the daily operations and stay connected with individuals in the remote areas and not have one individual providing all the information. Such individual will give corporate what corporate wants tom hear. I see this company out of the Government contract in a year
