Pros

Easy to get in, because interview process is Mickey Mouse, they're always Firing People and Good People Leave (Good temporary stepping stone if you're a new grad or just need something to get by)
Some good people there, just have to find them, because most likely they have put up a front to protect themselves from the negative people
Majority of the time do not have to work late or work on the weekends

Cons

Atmosphere of Fear of Getting Laid Off so the Bad Side shows up from all Employees (Backstabbing, Gossiping, Anger and Finger Pointing)
Owner does not care, they want no trouble, just shut up, work and make money
Benefits package on the low end and Very confusing
Full time employees still have to clock in and out, they track you
Un-trusting atmosphere (security cameras everywhere!)

Advice to Management

Major work to be had from the inside out and ground up. Will take a lot of time. I suggest consulting and hiring outside help for senior management. Bring in people from companies that have been awarded Good Place to work like from Forbes. Trust your employees and empower them. Care for the employees genuinely. Generate a work life balance and more team building events. HR is to hire good people and for the people, to help them, not act as the company KGB.

    Pros

Decent 33K base. Not bad work hours 9-5:30

    Cons

The place is a pain. From just trying to sell to customers to trying to work with the credit and purchasing team. There is a language barrier between you (If you don't speak Chinese) and everyone else in corporate... DO NOT expect any commission unless you know people in giant companies and can do about $500K in sales with them a month.

    Advice to Management

    How about actually offering commission.

This is a highly asian cultured company that does not belong in corporate America.

    Pros

    - Very lucrative SuperTalent memory line... IF HANDLED RIGHT by hiring top guns that know what they're doing - how to lead the team, knowing the market, and knowing about the best logistics and operations.

    Cons

    - Not much room to grow, most of the sales people that work at MALABs do not progress in their career. They are not motivated with working hard, and this can be a drag for upper level management. The lack of motivation stems from low sales commission offered that is not in par with competition.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of Chinese accounting bureaucracy and reduce the drama associated with the company. There is too much internal backstabbing, which hinders the potential performance that the company could achieve.
