“It was amazing when I started but they don't reward the right people.”
Current Employee – been working at MAC Cosmetics
Pros – They pay really well and you get to be yourself creatively.
Cons – It takes forever to get hours and you have to be on-call for so long until you get anything. So your making no many and not a lot of hours but they don't want you to have another job in the mean time.
Advice to Senior Management – Give more hours to people that work hard for your company and book 90% of all events that gives you thousands of dollars.
