“A wonderful brand brought down by greed...And politics!”
Former Employee – worked at MAC Cosmetics full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Great people- but sadly they lose their intigerity in the dark black abyss of crazy!
Some products are good- however many are not made well anymore
Benefits
Cons – Inconsistent in every area - blaming and back stabbing because this has now become the culture. The worst part are the utter morons that are selected to lead this company. It is a huge clique and you better be ready to kiss some ass to move ahead. Don't speak your mind because the don't want to hear it. It would be a refreshing change is the company admitted that they really are a huge faceless corporation and stop PRETENDING! Worst part is that the artists and managers think they are so cool when MAC is so lame. In a word GROSS,
Advice to Senior Management – You are screwed because you have a team of leaders that have no morality because the are worried about covering their asses.
