Pros

Young group of people, which is also a con

Cons

No room for advancement, senior managers have no clue what you do or what you need to do, management also starts false rumors of expansion. LOW PAY, less than $30k for administrators. Redundant work.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate with one another. Its a miracle those lights still turn on.

    Pros

    leadership team, horrible online policy, no room for advancement

    Cons

    management, vague policy, unsafe building (security, cheap building, needs to be tested for mold)

    Pros

    They have a cafeteria on-site with affordable meals that aren't too terrible.

    Cons

    ***Training***, Management, Workflow procedures & more inconsistencies than consistencies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay people what they are worth, train with smaller classes so people can absorb more and absorb more quicker. Your annual revenue is 929m+ and temporary employees get 11.25-11.75 an hour? If you need to hire 50 people.... perhaps you can afford to just hire 50 directly, and pay them what they're worth? And maybe not have 1 passive aggressive person who is obviously on lithium or another mood stabilizer attempt to train 25 people at the same time? Maybe have a training environment that subjects you to a realistic simulation of production instead of literally waiting 7-12 minutes for each single query you type in. Each application you process is (eventually) required to take you (on average) 15 minutes... If each application demands 3+ queries, and each query takes 7-12 minutes.... how is the workflow even possible?

    Did I mention how the training room is swarming with gnats and has been for the last 5 days? Disgusting.
