    Pros

The only good thing I can say about working here was that it served as a springboard to get out and work for a better one.

    Cons

Everything? The management was awful. My current manager before leaving was a micro-managing overlord. If you have any complaints or suggestions, keep them to yourself. Management has no interest in what you have to say or think. The worst part about this company is the constant demand to sacrifice time with one's family in order to meet unrealistic deadlines. In most cases, management was told well in advance that such deadlines were unrealistic, but since they listen so well they agreed to them anyway. At that point, we were expected to slave sometimes 7 days a week to push out half-functioning code.

    Pros

    Not much, you get paid.

    Cons

The work to life balance is rally bad if you are an employee. One Manager said he likes to hire people and pay them for 40 hours, then work them for 60. There is no job security at all. Employees or a contractors, they will get rid of you to save a buck.

Maximus it truly a sweat shop.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start treating peolple like assets instead of disposable cost centers.
