    Pros

The working environment is pretty good. Most people don't work long hours. The lab technicians has especially good lifestyles and decent pay.

    Cons

You don't get paid as much as you would with other institutions. The North and South campuses are very far away.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management should not inform people of a decision well after when actions have been taken. The intranet communication system is horrible too.

Poor management. Poor knowledge of IT. Too bureaucratic and too many meetings with no specific agenda. Managers don't work well with each other.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

create the bond among managers. learn the subject. No favoritism please. Set specific agenda for the meetings. Don't create too many layers of management
