I have been working at MD Anderson full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Excellent Retirement and PTO Benefits

    Cons

MicroManaged, No Room for advancement, Benefical to those who have cush office jobs, not to the employee who works in clinic with patients, and most of all PDM!!! It's all about money and being in the black.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you would be more appreciative to the clinical employees who only get a 30 min lunch and really work hard to give our patients the best care... you would get more productive and happy employees. And tell Management to STOP with the MicroManaging! It hinders productivity and employee moral! Also, it would help if Faculty wouldn't always get the benefits of new Cafe's... 30 minute employees should have there own Cafe to cut down on traffic and allow us to enjoy our lunch and not rush.

    Doesn't Recommend

    No opinion of CEO
