Conslow pay, demanding schedule, no work-life flexibility

Advice to Senior Managementfire most of the departmental admins and let your employees have flexibility in schedules without having to constantly check in & be on campus

    Great place to work, but only with the right people

    Pros: Gaining experience from a world-renowned institute which looks great on… Cons: Too much micromanagement, research management does not keep its promises, cannot trust in your supervisors, difficult to transfer to other departments; lately many people were… Advice to Senior Management: Fire all HR personnel, review research management's performance and change them where it is required, review "flex hours" as some employees take advantage of that… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
