    Pros

    The MD Anderson cancer center is ranked No 1 place for biomedical postdoc fellow. Benefit is better than most research orgnazations. People are nice. Lots of seminars and career development training workshops going on in the campus.

    Cons

    Salary is not fair for postdoc fellows considering time, enegy and effort you spend. But, that is true for any biomedical postdoc in the world.

    The senior managers should continue their good management and improve the image of MD Anderson in the world

    Pros

    Good benefits and salaries. good enviroment

    Cons

    A lot of politics. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Disorganize especially management. Employees pay for parking. Too many unnecessary meetings.

    Need to really look at management and their creditably.
