“Not good”
Current Employee – been working at MD Helicopters
Pros – It could be a very interesting place to start out as a new aircraft mechanic with alot to learn in the production side of aircraft.
Cons – MD Helicopters is Micro managed at all levels. Their tool quality and availability is very limited. They are either out of aircraft common hardware or their stock is very low.
Advice to Senior Management – Mr MM needs to go. MD Helicopters understanding of selecting individuals from the commercial side of aviation is very limited to non existant .
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
