I have been working at MDL Information Systems
Pros – Opportunity to learn new things. Great, experienced development team willing to help. Flexible schedule. People can work from home 3 days per week.
Cons – Compensation could be better. Outsource in Russia which means that you have to deal with 11 hours difference in time-zone
Advice to Senior Management – Need to promote people internally instead of hiring from outside of the company. Need to send technical specialists to work in the outsourced company.
