Working with babies is a blast. If you're good you can make good $.

    I have been working at MEDNAX part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Love working with babies and their families. Every screen is a different experience, and early detection of hearing problems is extremely important.

    Cons

    No health benefits for part-time screeners. Not much opportunity for career growth unless willing and able to relocate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Should consider upgrading the heath benefits for part-time screeners.
