Great Company with Good People, Good Products, and Good Benefits

ProsStrong community culture with exceptional Engineering, Sales, and HR departments. Work hard to consistently manufactor and deliver innovative and quality products. Senior management has proven record for profitability and stability. Compensation and Benefits always rank in top 10 percentile of marketplace.

ConsPeople rarely leave before retirement because of the superior culture, product line, and benefits. With such as small attrition rate, it is very difficult to move up within the organization.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
