“Good company. Needs improvement in work culture.”
Current Employee – been working at MFS
Pros – There is a good work/life balance, good benefits, and steady workflow. Some smart and interesting people.
Cons – Extremely political atmosphere – gets in the way of productivity and delivering good work. Company is very traditional – needs to be more forward thinking.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on teamwork.
