MGM Grand Hotel – “If you are a intermediate to senior technical worker expect a stable career with little growth”
Pros
The benifits are great. The locations are beautiful.
Cons
Ridged corporate structure. Little room for career growth in some departments. Unsatisfying work.
Advice to Senior Management
Provide more competitive pay and allow for career growth.
