    Pros

    Good pay, good benefits. Low stress environment.

    Cons

    The food is often bad. Not much room for advancement in IT.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try to offer some sort of partnership for employees to advance and be more stimulated. It will help the business in the long run. And don't be so single-minded about cutting costs in IT. The results have been terrible. Good job on the maintaining the properties, though. There's a world of difference here vs. Harrah's properties.

    Pros

    Great place to work, and the people are friendly to work with. Company is well known and you can meet lots of people to help further your career or other opportunities outside the company.

    Cons

    Company is very fast paced so you have to work hard and don't take critism or people yelling at you harshly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to higher more employees mostly due to the economy. Also, take what your employees suggest and try to accommodate to their needs.
