It is a place for a dead end career path.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Las Vegas, NV

ProsThere is a fair amount of job security and the people that you work with are fairly nice. It is an alright place to work.

ConsAdvancing within the company is super difficult and their website for looking at different career opportunities is a mess. You are only allowed to apply for one position at a time as well and can only apply for the position once, if you apply and then withdraw, you can't reapply.

Advice to Senior ManagementAsk the employees what would be the best way to accomplish a goal, the opinion from someone on the outside that has zero day-to-day experience can often lead to a mess.

Good pay, Good benefits, Not a lot of attention once you get here

I have been working at MGM Resorts International

Pros: Good pay, good benefits. Low stress environment. Cons: The food is often bad. Not much room for advancement… Advice to Senior Management: Try to offer some sort of partnership for employees to advance and be more stimulated. It will help the business in the long run. And… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
