Pros

They will train hustle and five star/ five diamond service for all employees. Also, they take good care of employees on all levels such as: insurance, vacation, time off, and meetings. They try very successfully to be upbeat and up to date with their employees too.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is pay to a small degree. It is not like any of us suffer (that I know of) but a little extra if possible would go a long way to helping some employees I've and myself to live a bit less paycheck to paycheck as inflation still is running up a bit. However, it is still better than most.

Advice to Management

Not too much really.

    Pros

The managers and employees are tightly-woven together and care for each other. There is an atmosphere of mutual respect being promoted despite the differences in levels.

    Cons

The sheer number of sub-departments can become a bit difficult to navigate through.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, but never forget the employees at the bottom who are the ones primarily interacting with the guests.
