Pros

Exciting opportunities at MGM. Lots of growth planned in the future. Great benefits. The company cares about its employees and their work environment.

Cons

Can be hard to get things done. Very focused on cost control so it can be hard to get resources. Lots of levels for decision making.

    Pros

Good Benefits, People Care, Diversity, the working stiff takes pride in their job

    Cons

Bad, Bad Leadership. Diversity is shoved down your throat. Minorities are always given preference for promotions, etc. (I am a minority)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Really care about your people, don't just pretend like you do. Everyone knows you are not genuine in your care so either be genuine or don't try to pretend you are it is not good for Morale.
