I have only been here for a few months, but I can already see that this company is great at promoting from within.

I have been working at MGM Resorts International full-time for less than a year

ProsGreat benefits. Friendly employees who are more than willing to help each other.

ConsLong hours for the first 10 days of the month. But this is to be expected in accounting. Pay is below average for industry.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to all employees, not just managers and above. We all have valuable input.

Overworked. Underpaid.

Pros: Free food at the EDR. Sometimes free shows & pertty… Cons: Salaries far under industry standard. Not acceptable. Advice to Senior Management: Before building even more billion dollar projects around the world,… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

Great company to work for but limited opportunities for career growth unless you "know somebody."
